HCK268变送器采用铝合金或不锈钢外壳,应用隔离技术,传感器经过精密温度补偿后转换成标准电流或电压信号,与工业计算机或集散系统接口,广泛用于电力、石油、化工、冶金的风道压力或流量的测量,实现生产过程自动测量的控制。差压(适用于炉堂管道内负压)
选型举例:HCK268-A2(0-10KPa),表示HCK268微差压变送器,输出4-20mA,量程0-10KPa,供电24VDC
卫生型压力变送器/KSHC/ZP889/光柱数显控制仪快装式压力传感器/KSHC/ZP603/液位监控仪2、什么样的压力介质:要考虑的是压力变送器所测量的介质,黏性液体、泥浆会堵上压力接口,溶剂或有腐蚀性的物质会不会破坏变送器中与这些介质直接接触的材料。一般的压力变送器的接触介质部分的材质采用的是316不锈钢,如果介质对316不锈钢没有腐蚀性,那么基本上所有的压力变送器都适合对介质压力的测量;如果介质对316不锈钢有腐蚀性,那么就要采用化学密封,这样不但起到可以测量介质的压力,也可以有效的阻止介质与压力变送器的接液部分的接触,从而起到保护压力变送器,延长了压力变送器的寿命.[==分割内容==]1、使用被测介质广泛,可测油、水及与316不锈钢和304不锈钢兼容的糊状物,具有一定的防腐能力;快装式压力传感器/KSHC/ZP603/液位监控仪现场显示压力变送器/KSHC/ZP847/闪光报警器

假如是差压压力变送器出现问题,可将电流表串入24V电源回路中,查看电流是否正常。IP67级防护的传感器能够防护灰尘侵入以及短暂浸泡。
并且变送器应装在流程管道的旁边或上面,以便积聚的液体容易流入流程管道之中。应用压力容室装有侧面泄放阀的变送器,取压口要开在流程管道的侧面。比如被测介质为液体时,压力变送器的泄放阀应安装在上面,以便排除出渗在被测介质中的气体。被测介质为气体时,变送器的泄放阀应安装在下面,以便排放积聚的液体。压力容室转动180。,就可使其上面的泄放阀变到下面。变送器可以直接安装在测量点处,可以安装在墙上,或者应用安装板(变送器附件)夹拼在管道上。
