2.管道内有真空会损坏流量计的内衬,需特别注意。
3.流动的正方向应与流量计上箭头所指的正方向一致。
4.智能型电磁流量计即可在直管道上安装,也可以在水平或倾斜管道上安装,但要求二电极的中心连线处于水平状态。
5.对于液、固两相流体,好采用垂直安装,使被测介质自上而下流动,可使流量计衬里磨损均匀,延长使用寿命。
6.流量计在管道法兰附近确保有足够的空间,以便安装和维护。
