整套仪表由电磁流量变送器和转换器两部分组成。变送器安装在工艺管道中,它的作用是将流经管道内液体流量值线性地变换成感应电势信号,并经过传输线将此信号送到转换器中去。电磁流量计的测量原理图如图2.1所示。BD。其中切割磁力线的导体不是一般的金属导体,而是把流动的液体看成导线,即液体必须具备一定的电导率,管道置于磁场内,在与磁场方向、管道中心轴、管道的直径三者相互垂直的管道位置,装两个与液体相接触的电极,液体相对于电极流动,这样就可以看成导体在磁场内做切割磁力线运动。切割磁力线的长度是两电极之间的距离,近似等于液体柱的直径,即测量管内径D(如图2.1所示)。又根据2.3式可知,对于旋转对称的流速分布和恒定均匀的磁场强度B产生的感应电动势的大小近似等于:U:B.D.V(2.4)式(2.4)与式(2.3)不同的是用电极两端的距离来代替L。

当导体在磁场中作切割磁力线运动时,在导体中会产生感应电势,感应电势的大小与导体在磁场中的有效长度及导体在磁场中作垂直于磁场方向运动的速度成正比。同理,导电流体在磁场中作垂直方向流动而切割磁感应力线时,也会在管道两边的电极上产生感应电势。
质量流量计的测量原理
质量流量计是采用感热式测量,通过分体分子带走的分子质量多少从而来测量流量,因为是用感热式测量,所以不会因为气体温度、压力的变化从而影响到测量的结果。质量流量计是一个较为准确、快速、可靠、高效、稳定、灵活的流量测量仪表,在石油加工、化工等领域将得到更加广泛的应用,相信将在推动流量测量上显示出巨大的潜力。

电磁流量计自20世纪50年代末国内首次工业应用以来,七八十年代在流量测量中运用和发展很快。电磁流量计的工作原理是基于法拉第电磁感应定律,即被测介质垂直于磁力线方向流动,因而在与介质流动和磁力线都垂直的方向上产生一感应电动势EX感应电动势EX与被测介质流量(流速)成正比,电磁流量计不受温度、压力、粘度、重度等外界因素的影响,测量管内部无收缩或凸出部分的压力损失,另外,流量元件检测出的最初信号,是一个与流体平均流速成精确线性变化的电压,它与流体的其他性质无关,具有很大的优越性。
根据污水具有流量变化大、含杂质、腐蚀性小、有一定的导电能力等特性,测量污水的流量,电磁流量计是一个很好的选择。它结构紧凑、体积小,安装、操作、维护方便,如测量系统采用智能化设计,整体密封加强,能在较恶劣的环境下正常工作。可选用氯丁橡胶衬里,含钼不锈钢(OCrI8Ni12Mo2Ti)电极的电磁流量计,即可满足污水流量测量的要求。
