(电磁流量计l-mang)

电磁流量计是靠导电流体切割磁力线来测量流量大小,所以只能测量液体,对电厂含电离子很低的水也无法测量。其测量精度优于0.5%,口径从25mm到几米都有。
涡街流量计是靠流体通过柱状体产生卡门漩涡,流量与漩涡的频率成正比获得流量大小。涡街精度在1.0~2.0%之间,口径zui大250mm。其可测量水或其他液体、蒸汽、以及气体,应用范围比电磁要广。
电磁流量计和涡街流量计是两种不同原理的流量计,二者口径小时有点像,所以仅从外观区别有可能出错。电磁主要测量导电液体,涡街可测液体、气体和蒸汽,应用要比电磁广,但口径一般在300mm以下,再大就得使用插入型的,但精度不高。

调节阀的固有流量特性,是指当阀门两端差压恒定时,通过阀门的流量随开度的变化率。从物理意义上来说,阀门的固有流量特性表明了阀门有效流通面积是如何随开赌的变化而变化的,有快开、线性、等比分及抛物线等几种,而工程上以前三种应用最多。
电磁流量计调节阀用于调节介质的流量、压力和液位。根据调节部位信号,自动控制阀门的开度,从而达到介质流量、压力和液位的调节。调节阀分电动调节阀、气动调节阀和液动调节阀等。
(1)快开特性在校开度范围内,流量随开度的变化率最大,而随着开度的增大,流量的变化率急剧减小。

分体式电磁流量计传感器的特点是一种体积流量测量仪表,分体式电磁流量计由传感器和流量转换器两大部分组成。主要组成部分是测量管、电极、励磁线圈、铁芯和磁轭、壳体。传感器的测量管,是一内衬绝缘材料的非导磁合金短管。被测流体必须是导电性的液体或浆液,被测流体不应含有较多的铁磁性物质或气泡,应根据被测流体的温度、压力、腐蚀性、磨损性等特性选择相应的压力等级、衬里材料、电极材料及仪表。在测量过程中,它不受被测介质的温度、粘度、密度以电导率(在一定范围)的影响。只需经液体标定设备标定后,就可心用来测量其它导电性液体的流量,所以说传感器的安装就显得尤为重要,主要做一下几点要求:

电磁流量计的结构主要由磁路系统、测量导管、电极、外壳、衬里和转换器等部分组成。
电极:其作用是引出和被测量成正比的感应电势信号。电极一般用非导磁的不锈钢制成,且被要求与衬里齐平,以便流体通过时不受阻碍。它的安装位置宜在管道的垂直方向,以防止沉淀物堆积在其上面而影响测量精度。
外壳:应用铁磁材料制成,是分配制度励磁线圈的外罩,并隔离外磁场的干扰。
衬里:在测量导管的内侧及法兰密封面上,有一层完整的电绝缘衬里。它直接接触被测液体,其作用是增加测量导管的耐腐蚀性,防止感应电势被金属测量导管管壁短路。衬里材料多为耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐磨的聚四氟乙烯塑料、陶瓷等。
